I live an hour away from NYE Ford. My 2020 Ford F-150 has been there quite a few times for work...some major work. Not their fault, I bought a lemon from another dealer. They've helped me out many times. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Appreciate them all!

I came into the dealer they installed the new part and they checked the headlight switch to make sure that the fog lights were working and they are okay good

The staff in the service department are kind and helpful…I began going to NYE after a bad experience with the service personnel at Davidsons in Rome . NYE has been fantastic with the vehicle I own. Setting up all service appointments and helping me when things go wrong with my truck. The service manager comes out to greet me everytime I have work done. This is definitely a refreshing experience. Thank you all at NYE for being great at your jobs!!
They at first told me a problem with the check engine light which I did not know but come to find out they were looking at a different vehicle, not mine. That was rather concerning. Service and inspection was done in a timely manner.

The salesman Jeff was great but the process took 5 hours. We left for lunch for 40 min during the process so that they could get the truck ready, washed etc and we had to ask where the truck was after we got back and another hour passed. The FORD Pass app didnt work to set this up and we had to leave without doing it. We got a great truck and they were fair with the trade in, Jeff was great but it was a real hassle.
Service department rocks here. John helped me at the desk and their team took my truck in for a small issue and resolved quickly. I will definitely be bringing my truck back for some planned repairs to this shop soon.
