We sat waiting for our truck to get done. After awhile, my husband stood up and said our truck was sitting outside, apparently already done. No one told us. We go out to find out, the girl is on her own phone. We ask if was done, she says “ ya, I was about to let you know”. Then when we get in and start driving it, the engine light now appears. Had trans pan gasket replaced due to small class 1 leak. Checked after three weeks of driving and it's still leaking. Had coolant flush done and I'm concerned that coolant system may not have enough coolant in it because there does not appear to be anything in the overflow tank. Not impressed with this service experience.

I drove 98 miles to look at a specific truck in stock, it was raining pretty bad that day, my wife and I walked in the front door of the dealership, we were were greeted by Lee Bartlett immediately. NYE was a fantastic experience for us! We heard about them from our favorite mechanic. We told them what we wanted, and they had a car that fit the bill already. It was all smiles once we got here: the car was clean and pulled up when we arrived. Sam helped us with the estimate and made us feel right at home. New wheels, brakes, everything ready: everything checked out. Not a shred of pressure or pushiness: not a bit of deception or trickiness: everyone was very accommodating and helpful! Driving off within the week!
We had a deal in place for a used Ford Explorer that went south after the finance manager jerked us around on the interest rate. The salesman (Alex) was entirely understanding and honorable about the situation. He refunded our deposit without any issue and even wished us well on our new vehicle with another dealer despite the fact that this was not his fault. We would give Alex another shot in the future.

My brand new 2025 Corolla came with 2 scratches on the driver's door and no one at Nye noticed them. They were the first thing I noticed walking up to the car.
