I received two recalls on my new truck and reached out to NYE to get them corrected. While o the phone i was advised one had been corrected via a software update. An appointment to fix the other was made for the following day.
I arrived early and was greeted in a manner which was obvious i was expected and welcomed. They fixed the problem in 1/2 hour and documented the repair. I have been taking my cars to Nye for service for many years and have always had excellent service. I also bought 2 Toyotas from NYE.
The salesman was very personal and good. I made a deal in a short amount of time, but had to wait close to an hour for the financial manager to meet me. At the time the sales floor was empty. Delivery was on the last day of the month and was busy. I had an appointment for delivery and this took longer than expected. The vehicle was cleaned but I have high expectations due to the fact that my first job was a new car prep at a dealership.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. I handed Marco my Cell’s agent a list of three vehicles. had a issue with my 2024 Silverado with the window faling down and a exhaust noise, i was able to drop if off then for repair, theadvisor called me andthe part was not available until the next morning. i left the vehicle overnight and was called the next morning that the repairs were completed. Fast and courteious service.
All of my interactions with NYE Toyota have been positive. When I purchased my vehicles from them I was always treated with courtesy and respect by their friendly sales people. They never subjected me to high pressure techniques that I have experienced at other dealerships. Every time that I have brought my vehicles in for service, it was done promptly in a timely fashion.

Bought a certified 2024 Tiguan a few weeks ago...the brakes were wonky...they replaced the rear rotors and it drives beautiful now.
Picked up my truck about a week ago. Unfortunately the person that sold me the truck called in.l the day I picked it up. When I went to drive away I realized I did not even know how to put the truck in drive 🙁
The Warranty Response time was problematic, but the service team excellent. Need a better way to update phone contacts in your system.
They took the extra time to explain in detail the recalls that were involved and helped resolve an issue with the radio volume, which was not really a service issue
