That outreach often pays off — Wimmer said she recently called a customer to remind him his inspection was due four months ago, and he was shocked to find out she was right. He had forgotten all about it, and thanked her for the reminder. She makes telephone calls to customers to ask them their thoughts on recent service and to remind them of their upcoming service needs, but in today’s hectic world those calls often go unanswered. For the most secure means of communication of this important information, she recommends all NYE customers sign up for their email list. Email has become one of the most efficient methods of communication, mainly because it lets busy folks write and answer at their own convenience, 24 hours a day.
